Cent raises $15M Series A led by Blume Ventures and South Park Commons
Both equity and loan components sit inside the $15M figure, and the round was co-led by Blume Ventures and existing investor South Park Commons. Individual backers include former Vodafone chief executive Arun Sarin and former OpenAI business-to-business chief technology officer Srinivas Narayanan. Cent is a Bengaluru preventive healthcare company founded by Practo co-founder Shashank ND. Its launch in March 2026 drew seed funding from OneFlow Holdings and South Park Commons, and the company has also acquired Medsee, an AI radiology reporting platform, to widen its imaging and clinical research work. For founders, the deal shows health AI teams combining venture equity with debt and buying small tools to extend their product. Early rounds in preventive care are often sized before revenue is public, so the reported seed size gives a rough benchmark for similar companies.
