Lambda closes a $1.008B investment-grade GPU loan at 6.78% arranged by J.P. Morgan
AI cloud provider Lambda closed a $1.008B senior secured, fixed-rate delayed-draw term loan with a 6.78% coupon, fully amortizing to May 2033, sold to insurers and fixed-income investors and rated A (low) by Morningstar DBRS and Baa1 by Moody's. J.P. Morgan was sole coordinating lead arranger, structuring agent and bookrunner; the facility is secured by GPU servers and contracted cash flows and funds three committed deployments for two investment-grade customers. Investment-grade pricing for GPU-backed debt lowers the cost of capital for neoclouds and the compute they rent to builders.
