Nebius secures $3.5B 364-day Citi credit facility for data center buildout
Nebius Group N.V. said the financing is a senior secured facility from Citi with a 364-day maturity and a term-based interest rate. Management says the line supports data center development and GPU purchases as the company expands compute capacity across several markets. It also gives the company more room to choose the timing and structure of longer-term financing. The Amsterdam-headquartered provider trades on Nasdaq under NBIS. Short bank facilities like this one let neocloud operators fund hardware while they arrange longer debt, which has become a common pattern across AI infrastructure this year. For founders renting GPU capacity, the signal is that neocloud suppliers are financing buildouts with bank credit alongside equity and convertibles. Capacity pricing and availability will track how quickly lenders keep extending these lines.
