Pandektes raises €13.5M Series A led by Alstin Capital to build the data layer for AI legal research

Copenhagen-based Pandektes raised €13.5M (about $15.8M) in a Series A led by Munich's Alstin Capital with PROfounders Capital, Scale Capital and existing investors, taking total funding to roughly €16.4M. The company structures legislation and case law into a semantic layer used by more than 500 law firms, corporates and public bodies in Denmark, Germany and Switzerland, says revenue grew sixfold in the past year, and converts about two in three trials to paid. It is positioning itself as the licensed legal-data API for AI developers in Europe, a niche LexisNexis and Westlaw have not filled.
