npx skills add https://github.com/mattpocock/skills --skill triageWhat it does
Automates issue and PR triage by routing them through a state machine with defined roles, applying categories, and generating structured briefs for agents to act on. Use it to standardize how external contributions and bugs flow through your project. Notable for treating PRs as issues-with-code and integrating with knowledge bases like out-of-scope and agent-brief conventions.
- Moves issues/PRs through triage role states with consistent state machine logic
- Categorizes work and verifies scope against OUT-OF-SCOPE knowledge base
- Generates durable AGENT-BRIEF.md summaries ready for downstream automation
- Stamps all tracker comments with 'Generated by AI during triage' disclaimer
