Biobeat makes wearable chest-patch and wrist devices that use proprietary photoplethysmography (PPG) sensors to measure blood pressure and other vital signs continuously and without a cuff. Data goes to a cloud platform with AI-based early-warning alerts. Customers include hospitals, long-term care facilities, cardiology and hypertension clinics, and pharma companies running clinical trials. It earns revenue from device sales and likely from platform subscriptions. In December 2025 it closed a $50M Series B led by Ally Bridge Group, OrbiMed and Elevage Medical to expand US commercialization. In January 2026 Kestra Medical Technologies took a $5M stake and signed a licensing and co-development deal. Headcount is reported at roughly 45–77 depending on the source.
