Conduct's AI platform analyses custom code, configurations and system dependencies. It lets IT teams query their own systems, find redundant customisations, assess the impact of changes and keep documentation current, mainly during SAP S/4HANA migrations. It sells to large enterprises and was founded in 2024 by ex-Palantir staff. It raised a $12M seed round led by Creandum in September 2025 and a $60M (€51M) Series A in June 2026, with Tracxn putting total funding at about $80M. The company said it had a team of about 30 in 2026.
