Electric Sheep builds a cloud-based AI video workstation. It started with Spotlight, an AI rotoscoping tool for film and TV VFX, and in June 2025 launched a broader AI agent-driven editing platform for creators. The founders are Hollywood VFX veterans with experience at Netflix, Amazon and Disney. The company raised a $500K pre-seed round in 2023 led by Dasein Capital, with Spatial Capital and Look AI Ventures, and has also received Innovate UK grant funding. It is a small team, and revenue is not publicly disclosed.
