Exabeam
Exabeam sells the cloud-native New-Scale security operations platform and the on-premises LogRhythm SIEM. They cover log management, behavioral analytics, automation and AI agents for threat detection, investigation and response (TDIR). Customers are enterprise SOC and security teams. In 2021 it raised a $200M Series F at a $2.4B valuation, bringing total funding to about $390M. It later merged with Thoma Bravo-backed LogRhythm, a deal that closed in 2024, and the combined company keeps the Exabeam name. In October 2026 it launched Agentic SOC capabilities, including the Nova AI investigation agent.
