Fractal sells AI, analytics and engineering services plus proprietary AI platforms and vertical products. Its customers are large global enterprises, mainly in consumer goods, financial services, healthcare, retail and media. Revenue comes from consulting and annuity-style contracts, along with platform licensing. It was founded in 2000 and has dual headquarters in Mumbai and New York. It raised $360M in a January 2022 round led by TPG and listed on NSE and BSE on 16 February 2026. Consolidated revenue for FY26 (year ended March 2026) was about ₹33,000 million (≈$380M), with about ₹2,870 million in profit after tax.
