HyperWater is an AI-powered bidding network revolutionizing how owners/developers, commercial general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers collaborate. After setting up their detailed preferences on the kinds of jobs they like to bid on, Subs auto-forward all bid invitations from any GC to their private HyperWater account. Our custom-built AI process downloads the documents, scans them, creating an index and comparing the Sub's preferences on what they like to bid with the index, making a go/no-go recommendation. The agent also creates a Bid Coverage Board for the GC, even if they've never heard of HyperWater, and sends the GC a welcome email. This saves both the GC and the Sub tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars a month chasing Subs to see if they're going to bid the job.
