Kanguro
Kanguro, founded in 2021, runs an agnostic network of pickup/drop-off convenience points and smart lockers. Its AI platform assigns each parcel to the best pickup point, and AI agents negotiate contracts with new points by phone. Couriers and postal operators pay to use the service because it cuts delivery time and cost. It raised about €1M in 2022 and a €2M round in January 2025 (Suma Capital, Sego Finance, Ona Capital). Reported scale includes more than 5,000 direct locations in Spain and up to 45% of deliveries redirected to pickup points. The homepage lists 184 municipalities covered, and expansion into Portugal, France and Germany is planned.
