Intellistake Technologies Corp. (CSE: ISTK) was formerly LOOPShare, an e-scooter ridesharing company. It became The Good Flour Corp., a gluten-free flour maker, in November 2021, and was renamed Intellistake in 2025 after pivoting to decentralized AI and digital currencies. Its model is to run blockchain validator nodes (for example on the Fetch.ai/ASI network, where it held about 1.97M FET tokens by October 2025), hold and stake AI-related tokens, and develop enterprise AI agent software such as the IntelliScope suite. Its stated aim is to give traditional investors regulated access to AI and blockchain. The goodflour.co domain belongs to the earlier flour business.
