Marani Health (formerly Odonata Health) sells the M•care System, a SaaS platform with textile wearables and AI models that monitor maternal and fetal biometrics at home, in clinic, or during labor and delivery. It serves health plans, maternity providers, employers and patients, and was co-founded by Mayo Clinic. It raised a $3.7M round in 2021 and a $7.6M seed round in November 2021, and reported a $7M financing in May 2024. In June 2024 it joined the AWS $40M Health Equity Program. Third-party estimates put total funding at roughly $13–18M, and revenue estimates are under $1M.
