Mind The AI Gap is a growth partner for enterprises and public-sector organisations adopting generative AI. We exist to close the AI adoption gap between operational reality and what AI can actually deliver in practice. AI has the power to transform industries, improve efficiency, and enable better decision-making. But the challenge isn’t the technology alone. It’s knowing where to apply it, how to integrate it effectively, and how to scale it beyond pilots. We work in environments where safety, regulation, margins, and reliability carry real consequences every day including - mobility and public transport - logistics - infrastructure - energy - manufacturing We partner with enterprises, cities, consulting firms, technology providers, and startups. In practice, this means working closely with senior leadership teams to shape AI strategy, define governance, identify high-impact opportunities, and build realistic roadmaps grounded in how organisations actually operate. Our work typically includes: • Executive workshops designed for board-level decision-making, • Shadow AI assessments that surface risk, readiness, and opportunity • ROI modelling focused on measurable outcomes, not experimentation. • Delivery of industry specific solutions. • Delivery of comprehensive strategy, policy and governance frameworks. The result is AI initiatives that are practical, accountable, and scalable, delivering real value in complex, operational environments rather than AI theatre. Contact us t
