MZN Company is an independent AI-native ecosystem company founded in 2020 by Mohammad Rahimi in Shiraz, Iran. The company has been built without external institutional funding, without state backing, and without any financial or structural affiliation with the Islamic Republic of Iran. Its development has unfolded across two distinct phases: a team-based foundation phase, built with approximately $700,000 in personal founder capital and minimal-cost execution, and a later deliberately solo AI-assisted build phase completed under severe structural constraints. In Phase 2, Rahimi worked alone for an approximately 8-month core window using standard AI chat interfaces only, with no API access, no agents, no automation, and under $20,000 in direct spend. In pre-AI conditions, reproducing a comparable body of cross-domain output would likely have required tens of millions of dollars in conventional team, research, and coordination cost. MZN’s portfolio spans Mazzaneh, a modular commerce platform built with unusually high capital efficiency; Zoyan, a wearable AI assistant concept; ZOE, an architecture and security systems stack; BioCode, a long-range framework for embodied intelligence and AGI alignment; and related verification and infrastructure systems. The company is now preparing for Phase 3: strategic partnerships, execution, and international expansion.
