OmniScience makes Vivo, an agentic AI layer that sits above EDC, CTMS, lab, safety and imaging systems so clinical trial teams can ask source-backed questions, monitor risk and act on it. Its customers are biopharma sponsors and clinical teams. For example, it partnered with INmune Bio on a Phase 2 Alzheimer's trial in 2024 and with LabConnect in 2025 on lab-data insights. It began in 2017 as Mercury Data Science, a data science consultancy spun out of Houston's Mercury Fund, and rebranded as OmniScience in January 2024. It is privately held with roughly 30–40 employees. PitchBook records a seed round in January 2025 and a later-stage VC round in December 2025, with amounts undisclosed. It is also in the NVIDIA Inception, Google for AI Startups and JLABS programs.
