It was founded in 2024 by University of Pennsylvania GRASP Lab robotics graduates. In July 2026 it announced an undisclosed multi-million-dollar angel round led by Jinqiu Capital. The money is meant to scale manufacturing and fund a global crowdfunding launch. It plans to expand into tennis and baseball. The website also lists a Shanghai office.
