Principia
Principia, founded in 2022, is building an operating system for education in Brazil. Its core offering is "Receita Garantida" (Guaranteed Revenue). Principia takes over tuition billing and collection for schools, and it pairs this with academic and financial management software. AI drives more than half of its collections and negotiations, mostly over WhatsApp. It serves more than 600 institutions, including universities, technical schools, K-12 schools and online course providers. It raised a Series A extension in June 2025 (about R$80M per Dealroom, R$190M per another Dealroom passage) with Valor Capital Group, FJ Labs and others, and it grew through the Provi (2023) and 4IES (2024) deals.
