Qadi, founded in Dubai in 2025 by Mohamad El Charif, encodes local laws, regulations and internal policies into AI agents. The agents perform first-pass NDA/MSA contract review, route approvals, and scan media assets against regional advertising and financial-promotion rules. Customers are law firms, financial institutions, and government and regulated entities in the GCC and wider MENAT region, and the agents run inside each institution's own environment. It emerged from stealth in December 2025 with an undisclosed pre-seed round led by Incubayt. It later partnered with G42's Core42 to run its workloads on a UAE sovereign cloud with in-country data residency.
