Rewa's app, on iOS and Android, lets UAE tenants pay rent by card or bank transfer and earn points redeemable with 150+ partners. Landlords and property managers use its Rewa Alliance platform for automated payment tracking, digital receipts and DLD/Ejari-aligned workflows. Founded in 2024 by Ramzi Mneimneh and Najib Khanafer, it closed an undisclosed seed round in 2026. Backers include Qatar Development Bank, Plug and Play, Neocity Invest, Startup Wise Guys and Second Century Ventures. It plans to expand across the UAE and then the GCC.
