SMALLMACHINES develops microfluidic lab-on-a-chip diagnostic devices with vision-AI analysis: CELLOP for cell analysis, DELISA for digital immunoassay and WHOPE for blood counts. It also offers OEM/ODM chip design and manufacturing and a clinical decision support system. Customers are healthcare providers, emergency rooms, research institutions and biotech partners, and it sells through B2B device and contract-development sales. In 2025 it raised a KRW 3 billion Series A bridge (KRW 1B from Widwin Investment, KRW 2B from Korea Technology Finance Corporation), bringing cumulative funding to about KRW 7 billion. It also completed a GMP production facility in Wonju.
