It sells cloud and self-hosted enterprise subscriptions. In 2025 it discontinued new Cody accounts and launched the Amp coding agent, which was spun off as a separate company in December 2025. It has raised about $223M in total, and its $125M Series D in 2021 valued it at about $2.6B. Third-party estimates put it at roughly $50M ARR and 150–185 employees.
