Superhuman Platform Inc., formerly Grammarly, sells a freemium and subscription AI suite: the Grammarly writing assistant, Superhuman Mail, Coda-based Docs, and the Superhuman Go agent platform. It claims 40M+ users and 50,000 organizations. Grammarly was founded in 2009, raised a $200M+ round at a $13B valuation in 2021, and took $1B of non-dilutive financing from General Catalyst in 2025. It bought Coda in 2024 and the Superhuman email client in 2025, then rebranded the parent company as Superhuman in October 2025. Revenue is reported at about $700M+ (2026, third-party estimate).
