Teneo gives enterprises 100% control of every AI response before it reaches a customer. Every response is validated by the TLML deterministic layer against your actual policies, contracts and data — not estimated by an LLM. No LLM wrapper platform offers this. It is the difference between AI that resolves interactions and AI that deflects them. 100% output control. Your rules govern every output. Zero unvalidated LLM responses reach your customers. Any system connected with MCP or an API in minutes. Public API, low-code nodes, open architecture. BSS, OSS, CRM, EHR, GDS, CCaaS — no platform limitations. LLM-independent by design. Use as much or as little LLM as you need. Not locked to any vendor. Predictable behavior — only changes when you change it. Scales without effort growing. AI Agent 100 is as easy as AI Agent 1. One platform. Built-in orchestration at no extra cost. 17,000+ AI agents in production. One customer saves $32.4M per month. Telefónica Germany: 900K+ monthly calls. Swisscom: 9M annual calls, +18 NPS. Medtronic: $6M saved, 36,000 agent hours freed. Pilots in 2–4 weeks.
