Upwell sells AI-driven AR automation to freight and logistics businesses. The company began as a South Jordan, Utah chronic-care and prescription-fulfillment business (UpWell Health), and later moved to logistics finance software. It announced a $6.5M seed round led by Vertical Venture Partners in early 2025, and Tracxn lists about $26.6M raised in total. Headcount estimates vary by source: ZoomInfo lists 51–200 employees, and Tracxn shows 346 for a related holding entity in 2022.
