Yolo Insurance
YOLO Group (Yolo Insurance) is a Milan-based digital insurance broker and technology provider. It sells on-demand and modular cover to consumers (sport, pet, home, health, travel, mobility, auto) and to SMEs (multi-risk, legal protection, professional liability, cyber). It also embeds insurance into partners' journeys at banks, retailers and mobility and automotive companies, and distributes through its agent and broker network (YIN). It earns brokerage fees and commissions rather than taking insurance risk. Founded in 2017 and listed on Euronext Growth Milan since 2022, it raised about $7.5M in May 2024 from investors including Smart Capital, IBL Banca, ARAG, Reale and Sara. It acquired AllianceInsay Broker in 2023.
