Einride acquires Flipturn for $38.4M

EV charging management software for fleets, multifamily properties, and commercial businesses. On July 21, 2026, Einride announced it would acquire Flipturn for $38.4M (stock). Einride is a freight technology company providing digital, electric, and autonomous shipping. At the middle of Crunchbase's revenue estimate ($1M to $10M) the price works out to roughly 12× revenue.
