Lovelytics provides consulting services that help organizations develop, modernize, and manage data platforms and analytics environments. On September 2, 2026, CDW Corporation announced it would acquire Lovelytics for $525M. CDW is a provider of IT solutions for business, government, education, and healthcare. At the middle of Crunchbase's revenue estimate ($1M to $10M) the price works out to roughly 166× revenue.
