Heidi Health raises $340M for its AI medical scribe, mostly as debt

Australian clinical-AI company Heidi Health raised $100M in equity from Blackbird, Phoenix Court, Point72 and Headline plus a $240M debt facility from General Catalyst. Ambient medical documentation has become one of the clearest product-market fits in applied AI, and the debt component shows lenders now underwrite AI revenue.
