Dassault Systemes acquires ArisGlobal for $1.8B

ArisGlobal develops life sciences software for research, safety, regulatory, quality, and medical operations. On July 23, 2026, Dassault Systemes announced it would acquire ArisGlobal for $1.8B (cash).
