Neocloud PaleBlueDot AI raises $200M Series C at $3.2B with $5B of customer contracts signed
Palo Alto GPU-cloud operator PaleBlueDot AI closed a $200 million Series C led by ComputeCore with participation from existing backer B Capital, valuing the two-year-old company at $3.2 billion, up from a $150 million Series B in January. The company runs its own GPU clusters, a marketplace for third-party capacity and serverless inference, and says it had signed more than $5 billion in customer contracts by September 30, with the U.S. and Japan accounting for over half of monthly revenue; it also took a $255 million private note from Brookfield and Tor in July. Neoclouds that can show contracted backlog are still raising at steep markups despite the broader data-center backlash.
