Hg acquires OneStream Software for $6.4B

OneStream Software is an independent software company that develops a financial planning and analysis software. On January 6, 2026, Hg announced it would acquire OneStream Software for $6.4B (cash). Hg is a private equity firm that invests in financial services, healthcare, information technology, and software industries. At the middle of Crunchbase's revenue estimate ($100M to $500M) the price works out to roughly 29× revenue.
