Groundcover develops cloud-native observability software that enables organizations to monitor applications through a unified platform. The company announced a $100M Series C on July 29, 2026, from its base in Tel Aviv, IL. Investors and valuation were not disclosed in Crunchbase's round record; Lounge adds them as they are reported. It has raised more than $100M in total venture funding.
