Admiral Group acquires Flock for £80M ($109.1M)

London-based insurtech building the world's first fully digital insurance company for connected and autonomous commercial vehicles On February 12, 2026, Admiral Group announced it would acquire Flock for £80M ($109.1M). Admiral Group plc is a motor insurance company with its head office in Cardiff, Wales. At the middle of Crunchbase's revenue estimate ($10M to $50M) the price works out to roughly 5× revenue.
