Flow Engineering raises $50M Series B at $750M for agentic hardware-design tooling
Flow Engineering announced a $50 million Series B at a $750 million valuation, led by Antonio Gracias of Valor Equity Partners and Gavin Baker of Atreides Management, with Sequoia Capital, Human Capital, Evantic, SV Angel, Odyssey and EQT participating alongside angels including Hugging Face co-founder Thomas Wolf and F1 champion Nico Rosberg; Sequoia's Roelof Botha joins the board. The platform uses agents to track engineering changes, propagate them across teams and verify results, and counts Rivian, GM, Anduril, Joby Aviation and Astranis as customers. Hardware development is a large, under-tooled market where agent workflows can compress iteration cycles from months to days.
