Viral agent Instinct raises $1B Series C at $10B

Instinct, the consumer AI agent that went viral this summer, raised a $1B Series C at a $10B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Benchmark and Coatue. The round is a bet that an agent that actually completes tasks for consumers can become a default interface. Builders should study its distribution: the growth came from the product, not from a model advantage.
