Arceus Legal raises $17M led by Greycroft for an AI-powered law firm with flat-rate contract review

San Francisco-based Arceus Legal raised $17M led by Greycroft with Craft Ventures and South Park Commons to scale CounselOS, a platform where licensed attorneys deliver flat-rate contract reviews starting at $500 using AI that draws on a client's preferences, past agreements and data from Salesforce, HubSpot and Gmail. The firm says its customer base quadrupled in September and plans to expand from NDAs and MSAs into employment and privacy work. It is one of a growing set of venture-backed AI-native law firms testing whether software margins can be layered onto legal services.
