On April 30, 2026, Tech Mahindra announced it would acquire Avant Techno Solutions for C$28M ($20.5M) (cash). Tech Mahindra is a consulting company that offers network, sustainability, application, cloud infrastructure, and business services. At the middle of Crunchbase's revenue estimate ($1M to $10M) the price works out to roughly 6× revenue.
