Schneider Electric acquires AiDASH for $350M

On June 20, 2026, Schneider Electric announced it would acquire AiDASH for $350M (cash). Schneider Electric specializes in the digital transformation of energy management and automation. At the middle of Crunchbase's revenue estimate ($10M to $50M) the price works out to roughly 16× revenue.
