Anthropic commits $100M to train 10,000 'Frontier Deployed Engineers' by end of 2027
Anthropic launched the Claude Frontier Academy, a $100 million program to certify 10,000 engineers in deploying Claude inside enterprises by the end of 2027. The residency pairs in-person training on simulated enterprise deployments with a 12-week stint leading real Claude projects, and launch cohorts include Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, Deloitte, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Novo Nordisk, running in San Francisco, New York and London. It builds on a partner network where 175,000 professionals at 46,000 firms already hold Claude certifications. The talent gap for agent deployment is becoming the bottleneck, and Anthropic is paying to own the pipeline.
