Boomitra
Boomitra uses proprietary AI and remote sensing to measure, report and verify soil organic carbon without physical sampling. It works with farmers and ranchers who adopt regenerative practices and earn most of the proceeds from certified credits sold to corporate and government buyers. The company reports 5M+ acres, 150,000+ farmers and millions of credits sold. It won the Earthshot Prize in 2023, and Verra issued 3.03M credits from one project in February 2026. Funding totals vary by source, from about $4M (Tracxn) to $16.4M (CB Insights), and it received a bank-backed round in January 2025.
