Celestial AI
Celestial AI developed Photonic Fabric, an optical interconnect platform. It offers connectivity, switching and packaging products that network AI compute from within processor packages to servers across racks. It engaged with hyperscalers, AI processor makers, custom silicon vendors and packaging partners, and licensed and sold the technology. It raised more than $515M by March 2025, including a $250M Series C1 led by Fidelity at a reported $2.5B valuation. Marvell announced a $3.25B acquisition in December 2025 ($1B cash, $2.25B stock) and the deal closed in early 2026.
