Clear.bio is a health-tech company that makes a digital therapeutic for type 2 diabetes. It pairs a wearable glucose sensor with an app that gives AI-driven, personalised food advice and with in-app dietitian coaching. It sells through Dutch care groups and health insurers and is expanding toward reimbursement in France and Germany. It was founded in 2019 as an Antler spin-out and received EU MDR Class I certification in June 2025. It raised about €1.7M in 2025, and PitchBook puts its total funding at about $6.7M.
