Epiliquid
Epiliquid is a biotech startup that combines big data and AI with epigenetic (methylation) biomarkers to detect cancer in blood using widely available PCR equipment. Its proprietary Delta-HLD technology is being validated in the CLIMBED colorectal cancer screening study in Mendoza. The company has a Delta-HLD clinical validation study registered for recruitment on ClinicalTrials.gov, and works with Hospital Central de Mendoza. It is seed-stage and pre-revenue as far as public sources show. It was founded in 2021 and raised a seed round in early 2023 or 2025 (sources differ) from CITES and Village Capital, and was named to the Johnson & Johnson Innovations in Health LatAm accelerator cohort. It has about 9–10 employees.
