hiSofi is an all-in-one collections platform combining a collections CRM, a white-label negotiation portal, an omnichannel orchestrator, a rules engine and generative AI agents ("SOFIA"). The agents negotiate with debtors over channels such as WhatsApp and email. It sells to creditors and enterprises, with reported clients including Avon and Natura, and says it operates in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru and Uruguay. Founded by CEO Tatiana Pomar, it raised a R$5M (~US$900K) seed round in 2026 led by Sororitê with SaaSholic participating. Headcount is roughly 30–46 depending on the source.
