MySide, formerly imobles, is a Goiânia-born proptech that brought the buyer's-agent model to Brazil. Its "Personal Shopper Imobiliário" brokers represent only the buyer, backed by proprietary AI that organizes listings and personalizes recommendations. Buyers pay nothing extra, so the company presumably earns its revenue from commissions on new-development sales. It raised a R$7M seed in late 2021 led by FEBA Capital. In 2025 it added a R$5M extension led by Terracotta Ventures and Hiker Ventures, bringing the seed to R$12M. In 2024 it reported R$350M in sales volume (VGV), up from R$125M in 2023. It operates in 21 cities across SC, SP, GO, MG and PR.
