Orbital Materials
Orbital Industries (rebranded from Orbital Materials in 2026) runs an AI industrial platform. Its Orb model simulates atomic-level material behaviour, and the company uses it to design materials and hardware. Its first two products target data centres: an AI-designed dielectric cooling fluid and modular liquid-cooled infrastructure. It has offices in London and San Francisco. It raised a $4.8M seed in 2023, a $16M Series A in 2024 and a $50M Series B in May 2026 led by Plural, with NVentures participating. It has about 50–60 staff, and no revenue figures are public.
