PathAI
PathAI sells AISight Dx, an FDA-cleared image management system with AI applications, to clinical labs and health systems. It also sells AI models, clinical-trial endpoint tools and central lab services to biopharma. Its customers and partners include Labcorp, MedStar Health and University Hospital Zurich. It raised about $255M in venture funding through a 2021 Series C. In May 2026 Roche agreed to acquire it for $750M upfront plus up to $300M in milestones, with closing expected in the second half of 2026.
