Physical Intelligence builds robot foundation models and learning algorithms. These are vision-language-action models such as π0 and π0.5, and they can control many different robot bodies for tasks like folding laundry and clearing tables. The company doesn't make robots and has no disclosed product revenue. It is funded by venture capital. It raised a $70M seed in 2024, a $400M Series A in Nov 2024, and a $600M Series B at a $5.6B valuation in Nov 2025. In March 2026 it was reported to be in talks for about $1B more at a valuation above $11B. Its investors include Thrive Capital, Lux Capital, CapitalG, Jeff Bezos and OpenAI.
